no contradiction.

Identify the values that your organization have.
Conduct SWOT analysis:
In order to get a clear understanding of your organization
and to know about its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, you can conduct SWOT analysis.
In order to give an answer
to the second question, you need to identify your sustainable competitive
advantage and vision statement.
Sustainable competitive advantage:
A sustainable competitive advantage tells about your
uniqueness. It tells that how you are better than your competitors or what are
the factors that make you better than your competitors. Your sustainable
competitive advantage should signify what you can do best, how you are
different from others, what it is that your organization can perform better
than others.
Vision statement:
A vision statement
tells what your organization intends to achieve or what it wants to become in
the future.
In order to answer the third question, you will need
strategic objectives, short-term goals and
action plans.
